Holiday 2019 Gift Guide

IMG_5062.JPG

Gift giving is one of my favorite parts about the holidays – there is something magical about planning a gift, wrapping it up, and giving it away. I’ve put together a gift guide to navigating the holidays and hope that you find the perfect gift for your friends and loved ones (or yourself!) this year.

In the same spirit, I’m running a weekly giveaway on my Instagram this year to celebrate the season. Stay tuned for more details! (Hint — some of the below will be giveaway items!). Of note, some of these are gifted items from brands that I have worked with.

Jenni Kayne Candles + Slippers

I love Jenni Kayne for their natural cozy look that is particularly enticing around this time of the year. These moroccan slippers have a comfy shearling lining and super soft suede that make it perfect for lounging. I’m also obsessed with the cedarwood scent of this cedar candle that would make any home smell extra welcoming for guests and holiday parties!

Clé de Peau Beauté Holiday

Every year Clé De Peau Beauté comes out with a limited holiday edition of some of their skincare & makeup favorites. I’m a particularly big fan of their eye quads and versatile lip colors (which by the way have an amazing texture), and their unique packaging makes it a really magical, feminine gift for the holidays.

Kim + Ono Robe

A thoughtful addition to the modern closet, KIM + ONO offers an array of beautiful painted kimono-style robes in all kinds of fabrics. I’m particularly a fan of their silk robes, and as well as their viscose blend robes for their durable and breathable texture – perfect for lounging around the house or a lightweight jacket.

Hasami Porcelain Tea Set

If there is a dish and tableware brand worth buying in sets, it’s the Hasami Porcelain collection. I first discovered this brand through Still House in New York City, and have since collected more and more from them. I love that every piece – from their cups to plates – have a uniform diameter, making it a minimalist style of tableware that is modern, modular, and stackable. This tea set that you can mix/match yourself is comprised of a tall black teapot that has a smooth matte black finish, and stackable cups!

Cuyana Essentials

Cuyana is a timeless brand that makes essentials that are beautiful and practical no matter the season, and are especially fun to give during the holidays. I especially love their vanity case set in ecru/pebbled leather and their monogramming option is nice touch to personalize a gift.

Italic luxury goods

I recently discovered Italic, a modern fashion brand dedicated to luxury without labels (but still made from the same manufacturer as Celine and Prada) and slow, sustainable fashion. I love this mini trunk bag – its construction is so high quality, making it the perfect addition to any wardrobe. For $20 off, shop through my link.

Tea Forte Warming Joy

Tea Forte really has eye and taste for thoughtfully curated teas and tea presentations. Their seasonal special, the Warming Joy Tea Chest (currently on sale for $45 at Neiman Marcus as linked) features a beautiful serving box full of various tea selections packaged into their unique infusers. They have gift sets that also include tea trays, cups and various accessories.
